EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES FOR ENERGY RESILIENCE
We are proud to launch our new Energy Advice & Empowerment Project, funded by the Energy Redress Scheme and delivered in partnership with the Energy Saving Trust.
This project is designed to support households across our communities who are experiencing challenges with energy costs, fuel poverty, and accessing the right support.
What is included?
We provide free, practical and personalised energy advice and empowerment workshops, including:
- Understanding your energy bills
- Reducing energy use at home
- Managing high or unexpected energy costs
- Support with contacting energy suppliers
- Practical energy-saving advice
- Access to additional support and referral services
 Who This Service Is For
This service is tailored for households who:
- Are struggling with energy bills
- Are experiencing fuel poverty
- Need help understanding or managing their energy use
- Are part of vulnerable or underserved communities
We are particularly committed to supporting migrant, multilingual, and hard-to-reach communities.
As part of this programme, we deliver:
 Community energy workshops
 In-depth one-to-one advice appointments
 Home energy advice visits
 Telephone and virtual support
 Energy-saving kits for eligible households
Programme Duration: April 2026 – March 2028
