Solid knowledge in financial and management accounting and reporting including preparing financials in Board Packs and JV reports for private equity-backed business. Financial Planning and analysis at entity and group level. Prepare and present financial performance to both finance and non-finance personnel. Ability to identify and implement process and system improvements. Recruit new personnel, train, develop and manage a team.
